Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Return and Refund:
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unsealed and with all original tags and packaging.
Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, perishable goods, and items marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description or contact our customer support for more information.
- Timeframe for Return:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
After 7 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
- Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- Return Shipping:
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged during transit).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement.
- How to Initiate a Return:

- Exchange:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
