Shipping policy

1. Shipping Method and Option:

We offer the following shipping methods: 

Standard Domestic Shipping 

International Standard Shipping (Singapore, Australia, US & Spain only) 

 2. Order Processing Time:

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, our team will process and pack your order within 3 working days. Please note that this processing time is separate from the actual shipping time. 

 3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment's progress. 

 4. Delivery Timeframe:

The estimated delivery time for each shipping method is as follows: 

Standard Domestic Shipping:  
5-7 working days 

International Standard Shipping: 
Singapore: 3-5 weeks 
Australia: 5-14 weeks 
US: 6-16 weeks 
Spain: 6-16 weeks 

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or shipping carrier delays. 

 5. International Shipping and Customs:

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Please be aware of your country's import regulations before placing an order. 

 6. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

While we strive to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition, we understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
